Steve Goodbarn
Founder & CEO
Steve founded Secure64 and serves as Chief Executive Officer and President. During his tenure the company developed its line of highly secure DNS products now running on every continent. Prior to co-founding Secure64, Steve was Vice President of Finance, CFO and an Executive Committee member at Janus Capital Corporation from 1992 to 2000. During his tenure, Janus grew assets under management from $10 billion to more than $330 billion and operations expanded internationally. Prior to joining Janus, he was with Price Waterhouse. Steve was a member of the board of directors of Dish Network (NASDAQ: DISH) from 2002 until May 2018, of EchoStar Corporation (NASDAQ: SATS) from 2007-2008 and of MobiTV.
Leigh Severance
Director
H. Leigh Severance has over forty years experience as a portfolio manager and security analyst with mutual fund and investment advisory organizations, including his own firm, Severance Capital Management (SCM), which was founded in 1984. SCM was founded to manage micro-cap limited partnerships and individual accounts. Over the past 10 years, increasing time and resources have been devoted to developing and improving quantitative common stock portfolio strategies. Such strategies have demonstrated a statistically significant capability of consistently outperforming their respective indices.
Prior to 1984, Leigh was employed by Cambiar Investors, Inc., an independent Denver-based investment advisor. Previous experience includes portfolio manager of Founders Growth Fund, portfolio manager with J.M. Hartwell and Company, and security analyst for the endowment fund at the University of Rochester.
Leigh received his MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. He serves on the Board of Directors of Ikonics Corporation (IKNX), a public company located in Duluth, Minnesota.
Richard Baker
Director
Board member Richard Baker has over 25 years of experience in technology and financial services leadership roles in both private equity/VC-funded and public companies. Past roles include: Deloitte Consulting; CIO/CTO; product development/marketing/sales. He currently is VP – Portfolio Strategy at Red Rocks Capital, where he is the product manager for a family of private equity funds.
Richard began his career as a software engineer and received his MBA from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington.
William S. Worley, Jr. Ph.D.

Bill was the principal inventor of SourceT, for which the Company holds U.S. and international patents pending. He retired from Hewlett-Packard in 2002 as HP Fellow, Distinguished Contributor, and Chief Scientist. At HP, Bill was the technical director and principal architect of both the PA-RISC and PA-Wide Word (the basis for Itanium) processor architectures. Subsequently, Bill conceived and led research programs on secure system architectures. He was instrumental in establishing HP’s trusted systems strategy and program. Prior to HP, Bill spent 13 years at IBM in architecture, research, and technology positions. He is credited with 16 patents. Bill holds M.S. degrees from the University of Chicago in Physics and in Information Science and a Ph.D. degree from Cornell University in Computer Science.
