Tier 1 North American Mobile Provider Expands DNS Network with Secure64

Long-time customer delivers reliable DNS to rapidly growing subscriber base

Greenwood Village, CO – March 8, 2017 – Secure64, the leading provider of Genuinely Secure DNS servers, today announced that a Tier 1 North American mobile provider has added additional Secure64 DNS servers to their network to keep pace with their strong growth.

“This major carrier, which we originally added when their BIND-based DNS failed during one of the busiest shopping days, recently expanded their footprint with Secure64,” said Mark Beckett, VP of Products & Marketing, Secure64. “We are very pleased to continue to provide this customer a secure, stable and scalable DNS network which has allowed them to deliver a high level of quality of service while supporting their growing subscriber base.”

“Secure64 has delivered on their promise of reliable DNS,” said a Senior DNS Engineer at the Mobile Operator. “In our network, it is not uncommon for our Secure64 DNS servers to run continuously for over a year without any downtime. In fact, we felt obliged to reboot one Secure64 DNS server once we realized that it had been running non-stop for over 700 days, not because there was any problem, but just out of an abundance of caution. The performance we have received from Secure64’s DNS technology and their responsiveness to our needs has created a strong partnership between us.”

The mobile provider uses Secure64 DNS Authority and Secure64 DNS Cache. Both servers leverage the Secure64 SourceT proprietary operating system, which has features that eliminate paths for malware injection and execution and which also incorporates protections against high volume denial of service attacks.

Leading Latin American Bank Bolsters Security with Secure64

Financial Group Installs Secure Authoritative DNS Server

Greenwood Village, CO – November 15, 2017 – Secure64, the leading provider of Genuinely Secure DNS servers, today announced that a leading Latin American bank has selected Secure64® DNS Authority™ to provide critical redundancy for their DNS zones.

“Like many enterprises, this customer was hosting their DNS servers with a service provider, but wanted the added protection and redundancy of a dedicated authoritative server,” said Thad Dupper, CEO of Secure64. “They selected Secure64 DNS Authority over existing providers for several reasons, but chief among them was our secure proprietary operating system and our Pipe Protector™ feature which provides real-time protection from massive DDoS attacks.”

DNS Authority, which leverages the Secure64 SourceT proprietary operating system, has features that eliminate paths for malware injection and execution. It also incorporates protections against high volume denial of service attacks. In addition, the Secure64 Pipe Protector feature allows DNS Authority to communicate with upstream routers to effectively black hole attackers and protect network bandwidth from saturation, while tracking abusive clients that exceed bandwidth thresholds.

Press Release – DNS Guard for Federal Agency

Secure64 Wins Contract to Provide  Subscription Security Services to US Government Agency

DNS Guard to protect network against malware, bots and phishing attacks

Greenwood Village, CO – November 7, 2017 – Secure64, the leading provider of Genuinely Secure DNS servers, today announced that a major US federal government agency has added Secure64® DNS Guard™ and Secure64® DNS Manager™ to their DNS infrastructure.

“The Agency added the advanced protection of our DNS Guard service to their network to enhance their ability to prevent attacks from malware and other network threats,” said Thad Dupper, CEO of Secure64. “Companies, carriers and government entities alike are having to deal with the ever-growing universe of devices – including IoT devices — that connect to their networks.  This expanding set of connections dramatically increases the risk of introducing infections into the network. Our DNS Guard provides network administrators with a real-time integrated solution to combat these threats, without ever needing to touch the individual devices.”

Secure64 DNS Guard detects network infections and neutralizes them before damage can be done to the network. It then identifies the infected devices so additional preventative measures can be taken. DNS Guard also protects all devices, including those users bring in, while they are in the network, blocking both malware and phishing attacks.

Press Release – Real-Time Statistics

[vc_row][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]

Secure64 Releases Real-Time Statistics for DNS Server

Release includes support for EDNS-Client-Subnet

Greenwood Village, CO – November 1st, 2017 – Secure64, the leading provider of Genuinely Secure DNS servers, today announced the release of real-time statistics and support for edns-client-subnet in Secure64® DNS Cache™ x86, a secure recursive resolver.  The real-time statistics include the top clients querying the server and the top fully qualified, top-level and sub domains queried. When combined with Secure64® DNS Manager™, these statistics can be reported across the entire network to provide new insights into legitimate as well as abusive DNS behavior.

“Secure64 x86 customers now have the ability to look at their DNS traffic from multiple levels,” said Thad Dupper, CEO of Secure64. “This visibility, which includes the ability to roll up domains queried, enables the detection of DDoS and other DNS attacks, including pseudo random subdomain or PRSD attacks.  DNS Cache protects itself against PRSD and other DNS attacks, and customers often need to report on the frequency and duration of attacks that are being effectively mitigated.”

Secure64 DNS Cache x86 now also supports edns-client-subnet, which enables the recursive resolver to communicate partial client IP address information to the authoritative servers for selected domains in order to optimize responses and improve the end user experience.
