Motivated to upgrade their DNS operation, this customer selected Secure64’s latest Linux platform based on the system’s new architecture which benefits from recent enhancements to the upgrade and rollback process as well as improvements to Secure64’s proprietary kernel. In addition, at the application level Secure64 made numerous improvements including enhancing the security of its RESTful APIs and the addition of support for DevOps which enables Secure64 to improve the development and deployment of its software. The DevOps environment uses source code management systems and automated testing software to simplify the development, packaging and testing of DNS products.
Enhanced support for OpenStack was also added in our latest Linux released which facilitates running the DNS platform in both the premise and cloud virtual environments.
